| 2 | Removing of Old / unserviceable newar from existing Charpoy GI Pipe,Reassembling/ tightening of Charpoy frame and supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, ISI marked conforming to IS-303 of size 6.5'x3' (6.5x3 feet). Half round teak wood beading of best and approved quality shall be provided to all round the plywood and shall be fixed with new headless nails and duly pasted with best quality dendrite adhesive. The half round beading so fixed shall be french polished with high gloss finish all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Provision of 02 Nos of 900mmx40mmx5mm MS flat iron stiffners of best quality duly grinded at all the edges and fixed with round headed stainless steel nut and bolts with washer of suitable size i.e. 62 to 65mm long, 6mm dia across the long rail at equal spacing. MS flat iron strip shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. 10 Nos in total of round headed stainless steel nuts and bolts with washer of superior quality of suitable size as mentioned above shall be provided for fixing the plywood on the Charpoy GI Pipe alongwith the MS flat iron stiffners by drilling holes 02 Nos each in long rails, 02 nos each in short rails & 01 no on both flat iron at centre. Bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix tightly to GI pipe with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers including necessary drilling into GI pipe and fitted in the top portion of flat iron all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
