| 4 | M&L for one coat of reflective road marking paint of superior make with ready mixed Berger or equivalent guide line RM 164 paint road marking conforming to IS: 164 with a DFT of 100 micorns on Concrete / bituminus surfaces by using air less spray machine. The colour of paint shall be white / yellow / black / red / orange or any colour required at site by user on Taxiway/ Dispersal, marking exceeding 10 cm width or girth as per recommended dimensions and line shall be straight to give taxi guidance to the air craft. The paint specification of the machine shall be as under:- Graco line lazer 3900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM (LPM): 1.60(6.0) , PSI (Bar) :3300(227), Engine cc (HP) :120cc and maximum tip size :0.029 specification as per directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note - (a) Work shall be carried out by the applicator of manufacturers representative of company approved by the GE. (b) Contractor shall produce purchase vouchers of full quantity consumed. |

| 7 | M&L for providing and laying self leveling elasto-meric concrete in any depth and any width as required for repair to cracks, corner spawling, pot holes, damaged edges of construction/dummy/expansion joints of cement concrete pavement/ slabs of Runway/ Taxi-track as required and finishing by means of trowels and flats alongwith application of a coat of special primer for elastomeric concrete after preparation of surface by removal of all loose material by disc cutter or by chiselling and cleaning by using air blower including all consumable materials, tools, labour etc including removal of all the spoils/ loose materials from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing in repairs, SFRC drain cover any size, 75mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete.(b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover . |

| 10 | M&L for PQC/RCC core cutting of 152mm dia and depth upto 200mm for mooring points and providing 20mm mild steel U shape bar including installation, drilling, grouting/filling with use of material RE-500V4 HILTI including tool use with core cutting drill 25mm and 16mm machine to be use for the cutting of PQC/RCC to furnish the cutting pieces, dismantling with HILTI Machine and removing excavated material from the site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. |
| 11 | M&L for preparation of existing concrete surfaces and applying 5mm thick epoxy polyurethane system including cleaning of surface from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign materials from the floor. All floors to be cleared by means of scrubber. Acid itching shall be done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then the surface shall be cleaned by potable water wash. After that the floor shall be cleaned by using solvent/degrease cleaner to remove residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment shall be used like scrubber, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture test machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Screed, Primer & Top coat shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent items of BoQ. |
| 12 | M&L for epoxy based self leveling screed having a minimum thickness of 3800 microns. The self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates. The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in (2:1) ratio. The aggregates shall be added in the ratio of (1:3) or (1:3:5). The screed shall have compressive strength of minimum 70 N/Sqmm. The layer shall be desecrated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | M&L for applying primer of two component, solvent-free, epoxy-polymido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of (2:1). Mixing resin and hardener by weight shall not be allowed. The primer shall be applied @ coverage of 5 Sqm per litre, yielding a DFT of 200 microns. |
| 14 | M&L for applying EPU based self levelling top coat. The top coat shall be of EPU type where urethane linkages are infused in to epoxy matrix, so as to enhance wear resistance, flexibility and impact resistance. EPU top coat shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of (2:1). No filler or aggregates are added in the top coat at the site, as the addition of fillers will reduce the flexibility. It should yield a thickness of 1000 microns. The volumetric mixing ratio will be (2:1). The compressive strength of the top coat shall be in the range of 60-70 MPa, Tensile strength will be 15-20 MPa, Elongation in the range of 45-50% and flexural strength in the range of 40-50 MPa. Top coat wear resistance (weight loss)/ Abraission Resistance<37 mg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
