| 1 | Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position Mosquito net arrangements of Openable type. The Outer frame shall be made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finishAluminium Hollow section of size 31mmx40mmx1.55mm. The Vertical center Mullion made with Aluminium Hollow section of size 55mmx11mmx1.55mm.The Horizontal and Vertical Aluminium Hollow section Shutter frame of size 31mmx13mm with a thickness of 1.55mm. The Mid Horizontal Aluminium Hollow section frame provided in the shutter with a size of 10mmx11mmx1.55mm. The Epoxy coated Stainless Steel 304 grade wire mesh with dia of 0.19mm shall be provided for Net. The U shaped Aluminium handle provided in the each shutter with a size of 19mmx26mm. The Connection Mechanism between Shutter and Outer frame that enables opening the Mosquito net. The Mosquito net arrangement should be fixed to the window with 100% packing with Screws, Silicon packing all around the frames with including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/wall, masonry walls, Window frames, wherever necessary with drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditions after fixing and also as directed. All the Aluminium sections are to the powder coated with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with relevant IS Code etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 2 | Renewing and fixing of curtain cloth for doors and windows including stitching charges and moving rails, locks, labour charges for fixing excluding GST etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 3 | Supplying, fixing and roofing with Polycarbonate sheet roofing 6mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 4 | Supplying and fixing Automatic 3HP FRANK make vaccum pump and 3HP Motor and electrical system, starter and auto cut off switch. |
| 5 | Theatre Vaccum Unit: The unit should comprise of two reusable 2000 ml shatter resistant bottle. Each made up of ply carbonate material and fully autoclavable at 134 degreee centigrade, should have a vacuum regulator with instant ON / OFF switch and tree way left, right or both. All the above items should be mounted on a trolley having free moving castor wheels. (As per IS 12827 / 19898 & ISO 7396 / 1987) |
