Name of Work:- MTPS-I - Mill Plant- Unit-II- Dismantling and assembling of Coal pipe bends and Patch welding the eroded portions of Coal bends & pipelines between Mill Outlet Elbow and Fuel Inlet Elbow during Annual overhaul 2026-27
Sl. No. Item Description
1Charges for arresting the coal pipe firmly, dismantling the victaulic coupling of 1 mtr length coal pipe, removing the eroded/damaged coal pipes and lowering the pipe to 0 mtr level including devolution the eroded coal pipe to central stores.
2Charges for cutting the coal pipe to required size in various location and grinding both the ends to suit the coal pipe collars and welding both the Collar’s to the pipe.
3Charges for lifting the coal pipe and assembling in proper position with the existing coal pipe line and removing coal pipe temporary supports and devolution of scraps to stores
4Charges for arresting the coal pipe firmly, dismantling the eroded ceralin (Less than 900) or MS bend by gas cutting, lowering the bends to the respective floor, assembling the new / reconditioned bend by welding after setting alignment and removing all coal pipe supports including charges for scaffolding, stores drawl & devolution etc.
5Charges for Cutting of MS plate of various sizes to suit the eroded portions of the coal pipelines and welding including stores drawl devolution etc.
6Cost of MS welding elecrodes
