| 1 | Hire charges for fabrication and erection of temporary sloped roof pandal using corrugated G.I. Sheet. The pandal shall be made out of pipe truss using 80mm, 40mm G.I. Pipe and of span up to 12.20m (40 feet) supported with 150mm dia G.I. Pipe (Vertical support) at regular intervals of 6.10m (20 feet). The G.I sheets shall be fixed over the purlins of 65mm dia G.I. Pipe at spacing not exceeding 1.50m with necessary hooks, bolt, nut and washers. The height of roof shall be 6.10m (20 feet) at front and 4.00m at rear having sufficient length. The bottom of the pandal (Ceiling) shall be neatly covered with satin cream white cloth neatly decorated with colour papers and paper flowers as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The pandal shall be removed after the function is over and the pipe holes in the ground should be filled with earth / sand as directed. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |
| 2 | Hire charges for providing temporary vertical enclosure on rear side of pandal using corrugated G.I. Sheet. The G.I. Sheets shall be fixed over the horizontal supporters of 65mm dia G.I. Pipe at spacing not exceeding 1.50m with necessary hooks, bolt, nut and washers. The inner face of the pandal shall be neatly covered with satin cream white cloth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The enclosure shall be removed after the function is over. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |
| 3 | Hire charges for providing country wooden platform using 20mm thick planks / ply wood on the existing steps / floor firmly fixed to the casuarina vertical posts of 60mm dia at regular intervals connected by wooden rafter of size 10 cm × 10 cm, etc., complete. The platform shall be flat without any undulation on having firm base. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |
| 4 | Hire charges for MS square tube barricading arrangements made out of 25 mm MS square tube around vertical at 0.12 m centre to centre and one horizontal to overall size 3.00 m × 1.20 m and supported with 75 sqmm solid rod fixed in ground including bolts and nuts. The pipe holes should be filled up with suitable materials etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |
| 5 | Hire charges for providing Red Synthetic carpet. The rate is inclusive of GST, loading and unloading, labour, transportation erection, dismantle and other charges. |
