| 1 | OPERATIONAL GUIDANCE SIGNAGESDesign, Fabrication, supplying and fixing of non-illuminated sign boards as per ICAOAnnex. 14Vol I/CAR (Legends as approved by E.I.C )made out of anodized aluminium frame of size 100mm X 25mm of 2mm thick duly welded at corners. Signage shall have sign face made out of single sheet of non-shatter polycarbonate glare free clear polycarbonate sheet resistant to ultraviolet absorption, of thickness not less than 4mm thick. Front facia having the required details letters and symbols made from self adhesive film of coloured vinyl 3M make / equivalent and pasted in side of the clear polycarbonate sheet. In single sided board the back shall be provided with Aluminium sheet of 1.5MM Thick. The Polycarbonate sheet and backsheet shall beheld in position by 25 X 25 X 3MM Aluminium Angle duly welded to body of profile with one side openable for maintanenance and duly screwed with stainless steel screws. The board shall have 900 / 1100mm long legs passing inside the sign boards arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, supporting frangible legs with CI casting base with name of vender imprinted and M10 Bolts welded in foundation plate with anchor. The signage shall include all other accessories, stainless steel hard ware and necessary gaskets, MS base plate of 10mm thick with 150mm dia 250mm length foundation bolts and nuts of SS Materials, complete as required and confirming to CAR/ICAO. |

| 4 | Installation, Testing and commissioning of operational guidance /mandatory signages of various sizes at various location at operational area of Airport. The signages should be installed in 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of 400x400x500 mm (for legs) and a total base of 150mm thick which extends all around the board with the distance of 1500mm (front, back and both sides).
