| 3 | Outsourcing of following services for operation of 11KV substation at DGNP(V) complex and Equipment section 11KV feeder of DS-7 sub station in ND(V). Outsourcing services for operation of installation and attending breakdown, fault rectification and making the system functional as per requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The details of Major installations are as below:-(a) 11KV RMU 3 way(b) Transformers 500KVA(c) Compact sub station 500 KVANotes:-1. The unit job contains deployment of manpower services as mentioned below for eight hours per day for complete month excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Manpower on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays required on emergency shall be provided by the contractor with out extra cost to the Govt.2. The unit rate will deem to be include the cost of Tools, ladders, transportation of mechanics, fixing charges for electrical accessories as mentioned.3. All relevent norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuits and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of the provisions and the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.4. Proper uniform with name plates depleting all the details shall be provided to the duty personnal by the contractor as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note -: It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF, bonus, ESIC and taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and his quoted rate shall have deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quoted their rate below minimum wages by considering, EPF, bonus, ESIC and GST such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and his quotation shall be considered non-bonafide and rejected during Financial evaluationThis note is applicable for Serial item no 1 to item no 12 i.e SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (MANNING) |

| 9 | Outsourcing services for servicing of cooling appliances like AC's, Water Coolers, Refrigerators etc, and making the units functional as per requirement in emergency maintenance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The details of cooling appliances are as under:- (1) Split Type AC's = 136 Nos (2) Window Type AC's = 52 Nos (3 )Cassese Type AC's = 04 Nos (4) Water Coolers = 13 Nos (5) Refrigerators = 03 NosNotes:-(a) The unit job contains deployement of manpower as mentioned below for complete month excluding Saturday, sundays and holidays. Requirement of manpower on Saturday, sundays and holidays is required on emergency shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to department.Contractor provide proper uniform with name plate and all tools required for attending Cooling Appliances complaint with proper tools bag.(b) The rate deems to be inclusive of periodical maintenance including Chemical cleaning of condenser tubes and cooling coils by cleaning with fresh water there after spraying with diluted caustic soda solution to remove complete scale for window ACs / Split AC's of any capacity all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
