| 1 | Cleaning of R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the tank shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 7 | Providing and laying water proofing treatment as per the activities given below:i) Cleaning the surface and making it free from all loose particles and dust. ii) Use Plugging Cement VELOSIT PC 221/INDOSIT 3005 rapid setting cement is used to waterproof water leakage of concrete for stop negative side water pressure.iii) Injection grouting at ½ Mtr C/c , on all joints of wall and base area, by drilling holes and fixing 10 mm Perforated PVC nozzles and injecting INDOSIT EG 2021 cementitious microfine injection grout powder modified with crystalline and hydrophobic admixture, using 140 psi pressure pump.iv) Making inverse coving on all junctions and repair the surface with using INDOSIT CF 3011 a joint/ crack filler material.v) Applying 1st coat using INDOSIT WP 1001 SBR Latex polymer modified coating, by mixing 1 part of polymer with 1.5-2 parts of cement, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller.vi) Applying 2nd coat using INDOSIT WP 1003 two component cement modified coating system, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller.vii) Applying 3rd coat using INDOSIT WP 1003 two component cement modified coating system, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller.viii) Protection mortar/20mm plaster in ratio of 1:4{Cement:Sand} over waterproofing system admixed with INDOSIT PA 9006 at a dosage of 2kg per bag of cement.The rate shall be complete in all respects, including all materials, labour, equipment, surface preparation, injection grouting, waterproofing treatment, joint/crack sealing, curing, protection, finishing, testing, cleaning and disposal of debris, including complete scaffolding, staging, access and safety arrangements at all heights, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
