| 1 | M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on external wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanial sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean enviornment and preparation of old plastered/srapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acryli smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistane asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (undiluted) /10 Sqm over old/new putyy surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.Note : Paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed. |
