| 2 | Comprehensive maintenance and repair of liquid chlorine dosing system of capacity of 6 ltr per hour / Chemical dosing system of any make complete with dosing pump and other connected accessories 6 Nos located at domestic area pump house - 03 No. Technical area - 01 Nos and living in area 02 No complete all as specified and as directed.Note :-(i) Rate for re-fixing of dozing pump in proper way after repair/ replacement of parts like Teflon or LKDP liquid connecting pipe, Suction filter with adaptor, Injection valve assembly, Heavy duty ball Valves 15 mm dia inlet & out let, PVC air release Valves 15 mm dia, Foot valve for liquid chlorination plant and servicing/ cleaning of PVC tank and other accesories is deemed to be inclusive. (ii) Cost of items/ parts which are not covered in Sch `A' but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.(iii) Testing of clorine contants has to be maintain at user point within the 0.2 to 0.4 PPM.(iv) Removal of unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.(v) Labour charges for removal of unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. |
