| 1 | Supply of 7 Mtr Decorative Lighting Pole. The pole shall be of 7 m overall height, fabricated from high-quality Pre GI steel circular tubes as per approved drawing, comprising Ø139.7 mm × 4.6 mm bottom section, Ø88.9 mm × 3.2 mm intermediate section and Ø76.1 mm × 3.8 mm top section, complete with suitable decorative casting/joint and top mounting arrangement for the luminaire. The pole shall be provided with a 350 × 350 × 16 mm thick base plate, having 4 Nos. 20 × 35 mm slots on 350 mm PCD, suitable for foundation bolts. The base plate and pole shall be properly welded using qualified welding procedures, with smooth and continuous welds, free from cracks, porosity and other defects. followed by suitable surface preparation and approved exterior-grade paint system wherever specified. A service window of approximately 100 × 350 mm shall be provided at the base with a suitable cover. The pole shall incorporate an in-built junction/control box containing suitable MCB, wiring and 4-way connector, with proper earthing provision and cable entry arrangement. Pole structural steel/workmanship shall comply with applicable Indian Standards. The complete pole shall be manufactured, inspected and tested as per approved shop drawing and shall be suitable for outdoor installation. The pole and its components shall be finished with a 3-layer protective coating comprising 1st coat of etch primer suitable for galvanized surfaces, 2nd coat of epoxy primer and 3rd/final coat of exterior-grade PU paint in the NIT ROURKELA-approved colour shade. All dimensions, welding, fabrication, galvanizing, painting, surface finish and workmanship shall be checked and tested using suitable inspection equipment, including coating thickness/DFT gauge, and shall conform to the approved drawing and specified quality requirements. |

| 7 | Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Indoor/Outdoor Timer panel, wall/floor; mounted made out of 2mm thick steel sheet totally enclosed IP55 protection. Prime red and painted with 2 coat of enamel paint of approved shade having hinged door and compartmental arrangement for each equipment and busbar chamber on the top of the panel running horizontal throughout its length duly dust damp and vermin proof provision for cable/conductor entry. Making good the damaged caused complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (All the materilas are supplied by the contractor). Necessary miscellaneous arrangement needs to be complete the panel internal wiring & the current capacity of the wires should be 1.25 times the switching items. | 8 | Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Following Panels, fabricated out of 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle compartmentised modular construction complete with supporting rigid structure, interconnections, aluminium bus bar strip with heat strinkable colour coded current density of bus bar 0.8 A per sqmm. Degree of protection IP 65, earthing hinged doors with 2.5 sqmm tinned braded copper wire, free standing floor mounted/wall mounted with removable Gland Plates on top & bottom of the panel, all mounting plates shall be GI sheets. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade.
