| 1 | Bunting : Providing, fixing and maintaining Bunting of approximately 5000 running metres, as per approved sample and design, with Morpankhi design, made of non-woven cloth, including all necessary fixing, installation and maintenance for 21 days as per the directions of KDB |
| 2 | Multi-coloured Flags : Providing, making, fixing and installation of multi-coloured flags of size 3’ × 6’, fitted on 12’ bamboo / 1” MS pipe stick, duly painted. The design of the flags shall be as approved by KDB. The MS pipe shall be embedded approximately 1.5 ft. into the earth and 12 ft. above ground level. Painted MS pipe shall be on returnable basis after completion of the Mahotsav. |

| 5 | Providing, fixing and hanging of décor items on the above-painted 100 trees, with 15 items on each tree. The hanging items shall be as per the design/selection approved by the Committee. Golden, Silver and White colours shall not be used. |
| 6 | Providing, fixing and hanging of decorative items on four trees at Jyotisar Tirtha, with 15 items on each tree. The hanging items shall be as per the design/selection approved by the Committee. |
| 7 | Welcome Gates on Truss : Providing, fabricating, fixing and decorating Welcome Gates on truss, having an approximate height of 10 ft., with multicoloured new frill/cloth, bandarwal and hanging decorative items of minimum 1 ft. diameter, as per the approved design and with the consent of the Board. |
| 8 | Decoration of Constructed Gates :Decoration of existing/constructed gates with bandarwal, new frill/cloth and hanging decorative items, as per the approved design and with the consent of the Board. The work shall cover the following five gates/locations: (i) Gita Dwar, Pipli; (ii) two gates at Brahma Sarovar – North and South side main gates; (iii) Sannihit Sarovar; and (iv) Jyotisar Tirtha. 25 hanging items shall be provided on each gate. The hanging items shall be as per the design/selection approved by the Committee. |
| 9 | Decoration of Four Main Chowks/Circles : Decoration of four main chowks/circles of Kurukshetra with new frill/cloth and 10 hanging decorative items at each location, as per the approved design and with the consent of the Board. The locations shall be: Arjun Chowk, BR Chowk, North Gate Brahma Sarovar Chowk and Devi Lal Chowk. |
| 10 | Advertising Sky Balloons : Providing, fixing and maintaining Advertising Sky Balloons for publicity of International Gita Mahotsav for 21 days, each having a diameter of approximately 15 ft., properly air-filled and installed at locations as directed by KDB. |
| 11 | Selfie Point Chariot Cutout : Providing, making, fixing and installation of Selfie Point Chariot Cutout of approximately 12 ft. height (height in proportion), made of vinyl digital printing pasted on Sun board, including necessary support/structure and installation at site as per approved design and directions of KDB. The cutout and associated support/structure shall be on non-returnable basis. |
| 12 | Decoration of Central Road : Decoration of approximately 500 mtr. central road connecting the Northern and Southern Entry Gates of Brahma Sarovar, with buntings on all electric poles, hanging decorative items and motifs at a spacing of approximately 4 ft. across the road, as per the directions of KDB.
