| 43 | Attending daily complaints of area of Bairagarh Military station by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper any time of the day for repair of street light ,security light, flood light, post top lantern of any size /wattage including loose electric connection,carbon deposition and any other material required to make light functional. After rectifying the defects of the electrical system replace the unserviceable items such as street light , flood lights, LED drivers, MCBs any capacity, connection plate, thimbles, minor repair of timer switch and replacement of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes 1.5 Sqmm to 2.5 Sqmm three core and length not increasing 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill) team will operate and manage day to day street light Complaints and update the status of complaints on daily basis and confirmed through concerned JE E/M daily as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- (i) Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation or receiving reciept of complain slip by JE E&M and Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 350.00 per day per complaint after 24 hour will be levied on contractor.(ii) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register. (iii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge.(iv) Items replaced during repair shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-after in of Sch 'A'(v) Complaint slip shall be part of the bill and contractor submited to slip to JE E/M. |
