| 1 | Note for item No 01 to 1.97:- A standing Bd of Offrs shall be convened by GE to inspect paint buckets brought by the contractor in sealed condition and to make note of Barcodes/QR Codes. Prior to each RAR board shall verify all empty containers alongwith Barcodes/QR Codes. Responsibility of presenting all paint defects with Barcodes/QRcodes in verifiable condition shall rest with contractor. |

| 3 | Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plastering on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including WPC @ 200ml per 50Kg cement bag or as per manufacture instruction. Complete all as specified and directed.Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items. |

| 8 | Materials and labour for applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5kgs/10 Sq mtr diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine having a minimun pressure of 3000 PSI +/- 20%. .including cleaning of doors &windows,floors,glasses ,joinery electric fitting,wiring ,furniture etc with required cleaning materials Complete all as specified and directed.Note : Minimum gap between subsequent coats shall be 6-8 hrs |

| 18 | Uprooting of trees,grass ,bushes etc from brick wall/ roof tiles of any surfaces of building dismantling the requried brick work/roof tiles/ mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match existing surfaces with same materials or concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which distroy the growth of vegetation to place where vegetation removed).
