After It Name Of Vessel, Department Logo, All DoorS/Hatches Opening And Closing Indication Mark To Be Made By Paint As Required As Per Direction Of Eic/Surveyor. 2 Nos. Of Twin Bollard (Aft Lower Deck Near Steering Compartment) Found Thinned Down, Rusted And Holed, Steering Gear Compartment Hatch Cover And Hatch Coaming Found Rusted And Thinned Down, Etc To Be Repaired/Rectified And Also Cropping & Comp. Job Renewal Of Deck & Superstructure Plates Including Main Deck, Roof Area, Guard Rail, Deck Plate, Ship Side Plate Up To Lwl, Other Fitments As Required As Per Direction Of Eic/ Surveyor. All Manhole Covers, All Window, Outside Doors, Air Vents & All Hatches/ Tank Cover With Damaged Rubber Packing/ Beading, Nuts, Bolts & Studs Same To Be Repaired/ Renewed By Good Quality Of Rubber Packing/ Beading & Ss Fittings Respectively As Per Direction Of Eic/Surveyor. 1 3.1 Labour Charges 3.2 Cost Of Spares (Actual + 10%)
