| 8 | TERMS AND CONDITIONS1 The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with ISV/HPPWD/IRC and BIS satisfaction as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Nothing shall be paid to the contractor for rejected work/materials. 3 The payment to the labourers will be made in the presence of Junior Engineer concerned a representative of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 The work shall be executed with in stipulated period. 5.
