| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning including lifting and shifting of energy efficient floor mounted, bottom discharge, air cooled DX type Microprocessor based precision package airconditioning refrigerant charged indoor and out door unit , equiped with advanced technology to precise control of tempreture and relative humidity.The Indoor unit shall comprise of digital/Inverter scroll compressor, corrossion resistant fans with EC motors, Evaporator DX copper cooling coil with hydrophilic coating, microprocessor controllers, electronic expansion valve, driers, EU4/G4(with 90% efficiency down to 10 micron size particle)air filter, suction and discharge piping, liquid receiver, internal power and control wiring, humidifier, BMS compatible, air reheating heaters for dehumidification, HP/LP cutouts, power and control contactors, water leak detectors and other electrical accessories complete in all respect.The unit should suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply.Each unit should be having individual display panel, which shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults and machine service alarm to reduce the down time and unit memory shall hold the recent events with ID number, time and date for each event.The outdoor condenser unit shall comprise of condenser fans,condenser cooling coil (copper coil with aluminium fins),EC motor/ motor with fan speed controller, isolater switch. The units shall be selected (computerized selection sheet must be enclosed) on the basis of following parameters:i) Not Less then 8.5 TR Cooling Capacity @ 7944 CMH or moreii) Return Air Selection at : ≤ 25°C / 50 % RH of return air@ ≥ 48°C ambient temp.iii) Temp/RH Control : Set point for temp. ± 1°C & Set point for RH ± 5%(maximum). . |
