The cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit insurance, incidental charges, packing, taxes and transportation charges upto stack yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stack yard and stacking which will be paid separately) and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. |
