1Preventive and Routine Maintenance of 33 kV GIS Modules, panels (Schneider make) and Switchgears having Double Bus Scheme (Indoor)- 12 Nos. 33kV Bays at 220kV GIS S/s IIP Harrawala, Dehradun and submission of report as per enclosed Scope of work and specifications with all T&P, etc at 220kV GIS S/s IIP Harrawala by Authorised Service Engineer of equipment manufacturer including charges of skilled and experienced personnels.
2Work includes:- 1. Condition monitoring, checking, and troubleshooting attending of 33kV GIS switchgear and breakers including all operating mechanism and Relays as well. 2. Complete checking of 3 position mechanism (Isolator/Earth Switch), PT Switching mechanism, main mechanism of 33kV circuit breakers and switchgear. 3. SF6 gas leakage test and moisture content inspection and refilling of SF6 Gas in 33kV Bay as per requirement, in case of leakage of SF6 gas. 4. Check and lubricate the operation mechanism of 33kV GIS such as De-greasing and greasing of mechanism. 5. Checking of 33kV mechanical operation and setting such as operational check of trip link mechanism, testing of perting coil shunt and closing coils, blocking coils, testing of spring charging motors and gear wheels,etc 6. Testing of 33kV CT, PT and Breakers, Relay after inspection, measuring the insulation resistance on control circuit by a high resistance meter, Ratio Test Polarity Test, etc. 7. Checking of operation counter of 33kV Circuit Breakers, Time setting of Circuit Breakers as per requirement. 8. Routine maintenance of 33kV control & relay panels including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connections/terminals, replacement of minor damaged parts of panels, tracing of circuits etc. as per direction of engineer incharge. Note:- 1. Maximum 03 Nos CBs per day, Schedule of 4 days for each frequency. (Total Job 24 = 12 No. 33kV GIS Bays *02 No. Frequency) Note:- 2. On the occasion of any festival like deepawali, etc. and any VIP visits, skilled and experienced personnels and one helper for the maintenance of any kind of breakdown/shutdown should be available at 220 KV GIS S/s IIP Harrawala.
3For attending Emergency breakdown in 06 Nos. 33 kV Bays, GIS Modules, panels (Schneider make) and Switchgears.
4Charges for Authorised Service Engineer of equipment manufacturer including skilled and experienced personnels for maintenance. (Service Engineer shall come within 2 days of installation otherwise panelty @ 1% of Contract Value per day shall be deducted subject to the maximum 10% of Contract Value).
