| 1 | Material and labour for rendering / plastering 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including taking down old plaster all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Material and labour for preparing any concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by the other mean and after preparing the surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 4 | Material and Labour prepration of internal surfaces new/old of walls/ceilings/soffits and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed. |
