Name of Work:- Replacement of GCI sheet / A.C sheets by TATA Blue Scope Durashine sheet of Equipment store, Electrical store, Hardware store, Work shop, cycle shed of Power House, Section store at Power House Colony, Existing Car sheds and ANE Employees Recreation Club etc with other civil works, UKHEP, Bariniput.

1Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3mtr. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead including all labour,T & P, sundries,lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete.
2Dismantling GCI or AC sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts & nuts including stacking of useful materials for reuse & removing the debries within 50m lead including all labour, T&P, sundries & labour cess etc complete and returning the dismantled materials to the section stores.
3Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debries within 50mtr lead including all labour, T & P, sundries,lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete in ground floor.
4Providing,fitting & fixing of G.I hollow section of cross section 50mmx50mmx2.5mm as batten, welded with G.I flat of cross section 50mmx6mm across the hollow section at 8 places, welding of G.I hollow section with G.I hollow section at 3 places and fixing of the same over the existing wooden truss including making 4 nos of 6mm dia holes in G.I flat and fixing the same by using 40mm x6mm G.I screw including cost of all materials ,labour,T& P, sundries, scaffolding and labour cess etc complete.
5Providing and fixing 0.47 mm thick TATA blue scope DURASHINE sheet in roof with 12 % over laps including drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, including cost of TATA blue scope sheet, J or L hook with bitumen washer, limpet washer etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, sundries, returning the dismantled GCI sheets at site store & labour cess etc complete.
6Brick work with fly ash brick 23cmx11cm x8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm with dimentional tolerance ±2% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth and supersructure including cost,conveyance, royalties, all labour,T & P, sundries, labour cess and curing etc complete in ground floor and first floor.
716mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick or stone masonary including cost, conveyance, royalty, lead, lift, delift, all labour, T&P, sundries, labour cess and curing etc complete in ground floor and 1st floor.
8Priming one coat with red oxide primer of Asian / Berger/ Shalimar/ Nerolac make including cost of primer, brush, all labour, T&P, OHC, sundries & labour cess etc complete.
9Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint of Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar/ Nerolac make including cost of paint, brush, all labour, T&P, OHC, sundries, labour cess etc complete. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
