| 2 | Servicing/ repair to 250 mm diameter choked foot valve of pumping unit no I at LIS Dhumalla by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. Servicing/ repair to the motor 40HP of unit No I by way of disconnecting the cables from the starter and then dismantling with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour from base frame and HC pump position and then shifting the same to road side by manual head load and then 1oading with the help of manual labour/chain pulley block in mechanical transport for further shifting to the workshop, Unloading at the workshop for reconditioning /rewinding of the motor. Dismantling of 40 HP motor at workshop and then extraction of rotor from stator and complete rewinding with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish drying in oven in controlled temperature. Providing and fitting of new bearings- driving and non-driving end respectively, nuts and bolts. Back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation by making connections of motor to the serviced starter and testing on idle and load conditions. Servicing/ repair to 40 HP starter oil immersed, double contact of pumping unit no I by way of extracting the damaged contact points of copper both moving and fixed thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system, overload relay in the rainy/monsoon season and replacing the same with new ones. Providing /filling of fresh T-oil 10 liters. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing charges at site. The estimate has been framed after deducting the scrap value of motor winding.Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, chain pulley block charges and carriage charges and head load from road side to lift station.Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material. |
