| 1 | Maintenance of lawns and turfing of slopes (rough grassing) within and road side flank at gate no1, im front of mistika banqueate & gate no 3 parking side garden at Eco Park, New Town, Kolkata, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, including regular watering, grass cutting, trimming, weeding, removal of unwanted vegetation and other incidental horticultural maintenance works necessary for proper upkeep of the landscaped areas.The work shall also include the periodically jungle cutting & cleaning of whole areas of Parking-D and lift garbage, liters left by visitor & different pogram. The work shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, maintaining the lawns, landscaped areas, roads and plaza areas in a neat, clean and presentable condition throughout the contract period. |
| 2 | Daily sweeping and cleaning of the entire area of Eco Park Parking areas near gate no-1(Parking -A,B,C& Bituminius Road), Gate no-3, Gate no-4 including collection and removal of litter and waste, clearing of unwanted weeds and jungle growth from all sides and corners, and removal of debris after every programme/event. The work shall be carried out regularly throughout the year, complete in all respects, including labour, materials, tools and plants, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). |
