| 2 | Lifting the pump unit with special attachment incl. diver after disconnecting the power supply |
| 3 | Dismantling the pump unit part by part such as cable gland motor cover, motor casing mechanical seal, drain out of all oil, motor shaft etc. by using special tools. |
| 4 | Old winding of the stator have to be stripped. Stator slots have to filled, cleaned and dressed. Complete re- winding the stator winding with the new conductor and standard insulation. Winding have to bake, varnished properly. |
| 5 | Metallization, machining and proper treatment of rotor shaft as required. |
| 6 | Supply and replacement of mechanical seal & oil seal along with necessary rubber ring and components as required.(55mm and 65mm special type elastomer bellow seal face combination: silicon carbide vs silicon carbide vitton bellow and vitton o rings) |
| 7 | Metalizing of shaft journal both side (de & nde) and machining the same and match with the bearing bore. |
| 8 | Assembling the pump motor unit part by part with necessary gasket, rubber ring, nut and bolts, lock washers etc. |
| 9 | Lower down the pump motor set after complete assembly and provide electrical connection in the starter panel board and trial run. |
