| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a weatherproof, outdoor cubicle-type power cable joint box, measuring 600 mm (H) x 450 mm (W) x 300 mm (D) (or as per site requirement / direction of the Engineer-in-Charge), fabricated from a minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure featuring a integrated slanting rain canopy, IP55/IP65 ingress protection, powder-coated finish in RAL 7032 Siemens Grey, and an EPDM/Neoprene door gasket designed for bottom cable entry and exit; the enclosure shall house four sets of high-conductivity E91E grade aluminium disconnecting busbars (minimum 30x8 mm section to ensure equivalent copper ampacity) rigidly mounted on 1.1 kV flame-retardant SMC/FRP insulators providing safe, staggered terminations, complete with heavy-duty aluminium lugs of required size, bimetallic washers to prevent galvanic corrosion, a 25x3 mm internal aluminium earth busbar for armor bonding, and a removable 3.0 mm non-magnetic aluminum gland plate pre-fitted with two CW50 double-compression brass glands; the entire cubicle assembly shall be rigidly mounted on a heavy-duty 35x35x5 mm structural angle iron stand having vertical legs of 750 mm length (or as per site requirement) structurally reinforced via fully interconnected cross-members at both the top and bottom perimeters to eliminate torsional deflection, with the entire structural stand thoroughly cleaned, treated with an anti-corrosive primer, and finished with two coats of heavy-duty synthetic enamel paint of approved shade; the complete structural stand with the joint box shall be securely anchored, aligned, and grouted onto a site-fabricated Cement Concrete (CC) foundation base of nominal size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm, executed strictly as per actual site requirements or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all necessary ground excavation, shuttering, concrete pouring, curing, backfilling, anchor hardware, and pre-commissioning insulation resistance testing, completely on a turnkey basis etc as required Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
