The work shall also include supply, providing and fixing of 2 Nos. master trip relays with 2NO+2NC contacts, 2 Nos. 4-pole TNC switches, 2 Nos. hooters, R-Y-B indication lamps and 2 Nos. CMO-4 switches, ammeter, Voltmeter ,complete with mounting as per sample , internal control wiring, interconnection, ferruling, termination and necessary panel modification. The complete scheme shall be checked, tested and commissioned including operation of trip, close, alarm, hooter, master trip, TNC/CMO controls and indications, in all respects as per HPSEBL specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Repair & fault diagnosis, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. existing defective MiCOM Alstom P40 Agile / P141 numerical protection relays installed on 33 kV feeders. The relays are not sensing/measuring fault current properly and not issuing trip command to the associated circuit breaker. The work shall include detailed inspection and fault diagnosis of relay hardware, power supply section, CT input/current sensing circuits, digital input/output circuits, trip output contacts, protection logic, communication/configuration, internal wiring and terminal connections; checking of relay event/fault records and protection settings; rectification/repair/replacement of defective internal components wherever required; checking and correction of CT secondary input circuits and trip command circuits; restoration of required over-current/earth-fault protection functions; relay programming/configuration as per approved settings; secondary injection testing for pickup, timing and tripping characteristics; verification of trip output to 33 kV circuit breaker, alarm/indication functions, trip circuit continuity and functional operation; complete testing, commissioning and handing over of both relays in healthy working condition, including all labour, tools, testing equipment, minor repair components, wiring accessories, ferrules, lugs and consumables required for completion of the work, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Dismantling of damaged 220 kV Lightning Arresters (LAs) of Y & B phases installed on the HV side of 100 MVA Transformer No. 1 and replacement with serviceable LAs provided by HPSEBL Department, including transportation of serviceable LAs from Divisional Store to the substation site by tractor-trolley, loading and unloading, shifting, lifting and positioning with the help of Hydra crane, installation, fixing, electrical connections, testing and commissioning, including all labour, transportation charges, Hydra crane, tools and tackles, testing equipment and other incidental charges, complete in all respects as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
