Complete structure made of galvanized tubular pipes or equivalent section on forming Indian Standard shaving wall thickness of 2 mm, structural members should be joined with fasteners properly. Gutter Material: Plastic Sheet 1400 micron UV Stablized 600 mm width single length with out joint. Size of Structural members: Columns 76 mm, Foundation pipe- 60 mm, Top Purlins 42 mm, Gutter Purlins 42 mm, Top arches 42 mm, Cross Tie of arches-33mm, Bottom Chord- 48mm, Corridors/ Balconies- 48mm, Curtain runner-27mm, Flap control pipe- 21mm, Curtain shaft-21mm. Brackets and cleats made from the section like angle, channel sholud be cold galvanized with minimum coat of 120 gsm. Fastners: All nuts & bolts must be of high tensile strength and galvanized. Self Tapping Screw: These screws should be used to assure extra safety. They prevent dislocation of clamps from its place. Distance between tapping screws especially for fixing profile to gutters should be 30–40 cm, Clamps: Different type of clamps like 76/60/48/42/33 mm OD full/half are used which should be made from min 42 mm wide and 2 mm thick GP Coil having minimum 120 GSM galvanization, Alluminium Profile: C type profile made from Alloy Aluminium should have high strength with lightweight (approx 650 gm/nos), smooth edges, curve bottom proper for 1\\" to 2.5\\" pipes. Proper Channel for spring and suitable for double spring locking 0.9 mm thick. Self Drilling screw should be fixed on profile every 40 cm along the full length of the profile, Foundations: Insert GI pipes of minimum 60 mm OD or more to have foundation depth of 75 cm or more depending upon soil type and prevailing wind condition, grouted with cement on crete mixture of 1:2:4 using telescopic insertion of column, Entrance Room & Door: One entrance room of size 2 m × 2 m × 3 m (L × W × H) need to be provided and covered with 200 micron UV stabilized transparent plastic film. Two hinged doors of size 2 m width & 2.5 m height double leaf are made in plastic/FRP sheets mounted in suitable strong frame, Cladding Material: UV stabilized 200 micron transparent Plastics films conforming Indian Standards (IS 15827:2009), multilayered, anti drip, anti fog, anti sulphur, diffused, clear and having minimum 85% level of light transmittance, Spring Insert: Zigzag high carbon steel with spring action wire of 2–3 mm diameter must be inserted to fix shade net into Aluminium Profile, Curtainsand insert Screen: Roll up UV stabilized 200 micron transparent plastic film as curtains need be provided up to 3.0 m height on all sides having manual type gear box operated crank mechanism. However, provision for annual opening and closing of curtains need also be provided, Side (Bottom Apron): UV Stabilized HDPE Woven fabric, 150 GSM thick for a height of 60 cm to 1 m above ground and 40 cm buried below ground vertically and 20 cm horizontally, Insect Proof Nets: UV stabilized mono filament HDPE material insect proof net with 40–50 mesh, white in color on all four sides of side ventilation portion & top ventilator with a light transmission 75–78%, Air transmission 72%, ShadeNet: UV stabilized 50% shading net with manually operated mechanism for expanding and retracting. Size of net should be equal to the floor area of green house, Circullar Pump with accessories for cooling Pad: Circular pump with required capacity & accessories to be provided for wetting & circulating the pad area, necessary electrification work including cable laying and necessary irrigation system including pipeline. FAN-PAD COOLING SYSTEM : 50inch exhaust fan, 1.5 HP, 415 V, 3-phase, 6 SS blades, approx. 45,000 m³/hr benchmark airflow, complete with shutter/guard/support and V-belt drive, 2,000 L HDPE water tank with inlet/outlet, float valve, drain and connections, Recirculation pump set approx. 5 m³/hr including motor, strainer, valves, starter and piping connections, Water distribution piping, valves, flexible connections, return line and supports.
