| 3 | Dismantling of existing M.S. roller shutter from its present location and shifting, modifying and fixing the same at the new location as per the available space and site requirements, including necessary cutting, welding, fabrication, alignment, leveling, drilling and fixing. The work shall include all required consumables, fasteners, welding electrodes, cutting discs and other materials necessary for proper installation and functioning of the roller shutter, complete in all respects. After refixing, the roller shutter shall be thoroughly tested for smooth and proper operation by opening and closing it repeatedly. The shutter shall be checked for proper alignment, free movement, stability, locking arrangement and secure fixing. | 4 | Dismantling of existing GI mesh (360 Sft) along with MS angle iron frame and re-fixing the same at a new location as per site requirements, including cutting, welding, drilling, anchoring, alignment, levelling and all necessary consumables, tools and labour. The job also includes providing and fitting of a new GI mesh (1-inch size) at the shaft area to prevent bird entry wherever necessary. |
| 5 | Dismantling of existing plywood (900 Sft approx) carefully along with MS channels and refixing the same at the new location as per site requirements, including cutting, drilling, alignment and fixing with suitable nuts, bolts and all necessary consumables. The job also includes fixing of 03 No. vertical MS columns for alignment of the plywood.
