Repair/replacement of defective CT/PT with secondary cables, cleaning and tightening of all connections, epoxy surface treatment/coating of trolley and required metallic/insulation parts, replacement of 3 Nos defective vacuum interrupters complete with removal, installation, alignment and contact adjustment, lubrication of all moving parts and mechanism, adjustment of contact gap, checking of breaker alignment and operation, and replacement of all necessary minor mechanical/electrical consumables such as nuts, bolts, washers, bushes, springs, pins, gaskets etc.; including IR test, contact resistance test, breaker timing test, trip/close coil test, local/remote operation test, mechanical/electrical interlock test, CT/PT secondary circuit continuity and insulation test, final functional testing, commissioning and all labour, tools, tackles, testing equipment and incidental charges complete in all respects as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
