(Minimum Manpower Required For Each Shifting Is 01 Mechanical Fitter, 01 Welder & 05 Semiskilled Manpower) , Shifting Of Starter Panels, Cables, Lighting Panel Including Handling From Strore/ Workshop To Site, Manually Loading & Unloading Works, End Preparation, Fitting Of Lugs, Cable Connection At Pole, Starter, Motor Ends Including Earth Cl & Cable Glands Etc. *Vehicle For Loading, Unloading & Shifting Will Be Provided By Department. (Minimum Manpower Required For 02 Such Shifting Will Be 01 Electrician (Having Wireman Licence) & 05 Semiskilled Manpower) , Operation Of Pump I.E Deployment Of 2 Semi-Skilled Person Per Pumping Station For Operation Of Pumps Per Shift (4 Nos Pumping Station Having 02 Pumps In Each X 3 Shifts X 365 Days X 2 Manshift Each Pumping Station = 8760 Manshifts) , Installation Of Pump Motor Set On Bed Plates Including Foot Valves, Bends, Short Pieces, Non-Return Valves, Sluice Valves, Jetting Hoses, Suction & Delivery Pipe Etc. *Gas And Welding Electrodes Will Be Supplied By Contractor. *Vehicle And Crane For Loading, Unloading & Shifting Will Be Provided By Department.
