2The scope cover the complete preventive and corrective servicing of 8 nos 33 kV medium-voltage outdoor switching assemblies, Make CG, 1250 Amp The activity includes full mechanical and electrical overhauling through dismantling, inspection, and refurbishment of all motion-critical components. Replacement of worn-out subassemblies such as shunt-trip coils and closing coils (30 VDC) shall be carried out, along with re-establishment of the integrity of associated control wiring circuits. The process further involves precision lubrication of dynamic linkages, operating mechanisms, spring-charging gear trains, and auxiliary interfaces to minimize mechanical resistance and restore OEM-specified operational smoothness. Sealing and securing of local/remote control switches, calibration and verification of TNC (Trip-Neutral-Close) control interfaces, and complete functional validation-including CRM (Contact Resistance Measurement), timing analysis, and operational endurance checks-shall be accomplished.
