Maximum 40% Of Work Will Be Awarded To Lowest Bidder(L-1). 30% Of Work Will Be Awarded To Next Lowest Bidder (L-2,L-3,L-4,.....,L-N) Who Is Ready To Match The Rates Of L-1 Bidder.
