| 4 | Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity completed all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A27 of MES SSR Part-I the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by mechanical sensor only. |
| 5 | Material and Labour for providing and making broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description and width using thermoplastic paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160°C complete all as specified and directed. Note: The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath.
