| 1 | Closing of incoming sluice gate by manual labour& closing the leakage by fixing of jute & jute bags fill by sand at different parts of sluice valve to stop the leakage. |
| 2 | Fixing of sump pump of 10 HP along with starter, cable & pipe to dewatering of water which is coming throught leakage of water inside the Twin Main Channel to making workable space for welding the pump run by operator as when the water is collect in chamber then dewater for same upto 8 days continue upto 8 to 12 hrs. daily. |
| 3 | Cutting of complete triangular frame by cutting fastener by gas cutter & all fastener which is fixing of the triangular frame of U-Channel 300 x 100 mm & taking out by moving crane and also with the help of heavy labour arrangements because there is no space around the channel that is manage by proper site location arrangements etc. as required |
| 4 | Repairing of triangular frame by cutting of damage channel of size 300x100 mm as per damage length & welding it by making proper alignment with existing triangular frame as per the lifting arrangements of Bar Screen from top of crane so that the alignment of both hooks should be in proper alignment of electric hoist which is in working condition. After complete fabricated the complete U-Guide will be primer two coats & black enamel paint two coat as required by job. |
| 5 | Fixing of Triangular frame by moving crane & also with heavy labour with these tool & tackles for lifting & sliding arrangement & also make proper lifiting arrangement with the guide portion in the U-Channel of Twin Main Chamber of Twin Main R.C.C. structure & also holding the triangular arrangements with proper alignment of Bar Screen is 90 degree of operation & making proper level that while the bar screen is operate should be perfect operation while in the upper lifting arrangements which is fixed in certain distance as required by the site arrangements. |

| 7 | Repairing of MS Palteform by replacement of MS Chequered plate by removing & fixing of new chequered plate of size 4 metre x 2.5 mtr. x 8 mm thick as per cutting. The plate of size 4 m x 300 m x 8 mm with MS Angle frame of size 50x50x6 mm at the plate same to operate at Bar Screen level if any part with is length-wise the bar screen which should be operate up & down with operating the bar screen with electric hoist. |

| 9 | Fabrication/Supply of Bar Screen made from U channel of size 200 x 100 m in length 4 meter x 5 meter Height with horizontal support to made proper strengthening for fixing M.S. flat of size 80 x 8m in length of 5 mtr long duly welding with proper space of 150 mm between 2 flates complete welding of beam in this channel with proper space with lifting arrangement at op along with EN8 Pin for hook support. |
