| 1 | SUB : 5mm + 1mm =6mm - PU Crete, VDF concrete surface ,smooth and uniform, Polyester polyol cured with polyurathane + priming and scratch coat.Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants.Mechanical surface profiling to be provided by grit or shot blasting/ Scarification, Creating network of grooves 8mm X 8mm size & 2 X 2 Sq M grids in the coating area along with periphery,complete as per manufacturer's specificationPriming:- Providing and applying Apcoflor HFP 120/Apcoflor HFP 130, solvent free epoxy primer 200 gms/SqM in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, as per manufacturer's specification.All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortor.Scratch Coat :- Providing and installing Apcoflor PU Crete 4K XL at 1mm thick as scratch coat at consumption of 2 Kg/SqM using flat trowel by mixing all 4 components ( including colourent ) in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification.Within 20 minutes of application, close air release pores with flat trowel. Cure for minimum 12 Hrs.Top Coat :- Recheck the scratch coat applied for any air release hole. Fill the same with Apcoflor PU Crete 4K XL , local touchup, prior to applicaqtion of top coat. Providing and installing Apcoflor PU Crete 4K XL at 5mm thick coat at consumption of 10 Kg/SqM using suitable trowel by mixing all 4 components (including colourent ) in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, Mixing to be done as per OEM. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor PU Crete 4K XL using bubble roller for uniform sprading followed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air, as per manufacturer's specification. |

| 3 | Brief Methodology - The new concrete Surface should be at least 28 days old or have a moisture content less than 5% & free of rising moisture. - Concrete substrate should have minimum compressive strength of 20 Mpa & tensile strength of 1.5 Mpa. - Measure and consider the nature of substrate alogwith undulations as this is having significant effect on the consumption of coating for required dry film thickness.- The Expansion joints should not be overcoated with epoxy coating. - Old concrete defects such as Pot holes, voids, excess porosity, and physical/chemical damages should be taken care off prior to epoxy coating application. - Apcoflor PU Crete 4 K XL is recommended for application at 15° C to 28° C floor temperature- Apcoflor PU Crete 4K XL is having pot life of 15 minutes.. For smooth application, team of 5 - 6 presons is required for quick mixing ,application and rolling. Preferably ,the top coat application should be planned early morning or late night for lower application temperature.- Avoid over rolling as product is fast setting in nature.
