| 14 | Supply & Fix in repalcement Motor Control Panel made of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet single door indoor type with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish and factory assembled, The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-43 , front side single door type with locking arrangement and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed rubber. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding. Control wiring of the panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured and drawing of control wiring shall be provided duly laminated and fixed to the left/right side from inner side of the panel. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanized or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be wall mounted type .
