The item shall further include supply, install., testing and commi. of 2 nos. Sluice gates, 2 nos. Mech. screens (1 duty and 1 stand by) , 2 Nos 3500 LPM 20 Mtr head 25 BHP , 1 No 7000 LPM 20 mtr head 50 BHP and 1 no 9500 LPM 20 Mtr head 75 BHP) Sewage pumps (duty and standby) with compatible motors suitable and with Panel Board. Arrangement of elect. connec. by provi. suitable copper cable for 4 nos PM up 175 BHP from existing PC to MPS. Include foundations and pedestals for sewage PM with necessary embedded parts, anchor bolts, grouting, vibration pads and other required fittings, together with necessary pipes, bends, flanges, valves, couplings, dismantling joints, supports, clamps and associated fittings required for proper installation and operation of the pumping system. The work shall further include excavation, disposal of surplus earth, dewatering, PCC, RCC of req. grade, shuttering/formwork, brick/block masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, structural steel work, access platforms, ladders, walkways, handrails, covers, gratings, drainage arrangements and all other civil, mechanical and allied works necessary for making MPS complete and functional. Design Drawing and other spec. needs to be vetted by reputed Govt. institute by the contt. after conducting field test for structural safety and stability of struc. i.e. MPS etc as per approved design/drawings, site requi. and direc. of Engineer-in-Charge, inc. all labour, materials, machinery, tools and tackles, trans., loading/unloading, erec., testing and commi. |
| 2 | Providing and constructing complete RCC manhole of internal size 1.83 m × 1.22 m and depth up to 25 feet, including excavation in all types of soil, shoring/strutting and dewatering wherever required, disposal of surplus excavated earth, PCC bed, RCC slab, RCC walls of required thickness, reinforcement steel, shuttering, cement plastering , benching/channeling, invert construction, heavyduty manhole cover and frame, plastic embedded steps and all other necessary civil works. The item shall also include laying, jointing and testing of 900 mm dia RCC NP-3 pipe for 10.00 metre length from the constructed manhole to the Main Pumping Station (MPS), including excavation of trench to required depth and gradient, preparation of bedding, lowering and laying of RCC NP-3pipes, jointing with approved jointing material, necessary pipe supports/anchor arrangements, connection with manhole and MPS, end treatment, backfilling and compaction in layers, restoration of ground/surface and all necessary allied works. The complete work shall include all labour, materials, reinforcement steel bar, cement, sand, aggregate, RCC NP-3 pipes, manhole cover and frame, steps, shuttering, dewatering, shoring, machinery, tools and tackles, transportation, loading/unloading, testing and commissioning, as required, and shall be complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications, site requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
