| 2 | Providing Three Skilled manpower with all required tools for attending to all repair / rectification works of Carpentor, Plumber & Mason nature jobs , One skilled manpower for installation, unistallation, maintaining all records of scaffolding jobs & Two skilled manpower for attending Office works/ jobs such as typing, entries, taking print outs, setting, keeping the records properly and all other miscellaneous office related work(s)/job(s) etc. Complete all works as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge at all locations & at all lifts/heights.Note:1.One operation shall mean deploying One Skilled man power for a duration of minimum eight hours.2. Minimum Six (06) Skilled manpower to be deployed per day. |

Complete all works as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge at all locations & at all lifts/heights.Note:1.One operation shall mean deploying One Semi-skilled man power for a duration of minimum eight hours.2. Minimum Four (04) Semi-skilled manpower to be deployed per day. |
| 4 | Providing services for attending civil deficiencies like chipping of floor, wall, plastering, excavation, misc civil maintenance jobs & attending Emergency Nature Works such as cleaning of chocked drains, pipe culverts, cross drains, bridges, water ways, cleaning of internal fencing areas & at other areas, snakes striving, drain chock cleaning, cutting of fallen trees, cutting of tree branches, shrubs cleaning and any kind of works during rainy season, at all locations of Infra Areas including collecting the waste materials / debris, sludge,etc. & disposing to the nearest dust bin,during the monsoon period & also in other periods, by deploying Ten Unskilled manpower.Complete all works as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge at all locations & at all lifts/heights.Note:1.One operation shall mean deploying One Unskilled man power for a duration of minimum eight hours.2. Minimum Ten (10) Unskilled manpower to be deployed per day. |

Minimum Two (02) Highly skilled manpower to be deployed per day. |
