| 2 | M&L for disconnecting from electic supply and dismentaling from foundation, taking out opening completely fo servicing of Chiller upto 30 TR unit comprising of compressor and sqiurral cage induction motor of any type and capacity including complete removal dust/ slug/rust found on any part movable/immovable, and replacement U/s bearings of any type (Pedestal/Roller) and refixing the the same after checking complete alignment with base and alliged units complete.(i)Replacement of oil filter (ii) Cleaning/ servicing of all flow lines R22 gas / Water lines completerly (iii) Checking, Repair& Setting all controls,solenoid valves, therr way valves,relays, termostat, humidistat and other relateted equiments/ control for effictve and smooth funtioning (iv) M&L for Charging of Refrigerant Gas (R-22) and compressor oil including repair of leakage observed if any and maintaing requiste test pressure and pressure testing for 08 hours at full load condition to achieve desired condition inside the building to the entire satisfaction of Engg- in - charge (v) Dismentaling and taking out oil saperator vessel completly for cleaning of wire mesh screen, checking of heater, thermostat, regulated controls and calibration , setting of controls to meet reqiusite inside conditions (vi) Dismentaling and taking out filter drier completly for cleaning of wire mesh screen, checking of regulated controls and setting of controls to meet reqiusite cleanness(vi) Tightening the power circuit electrical conections, Control and command connections,correct bthe operation of heaters as per tightening torque table of OEM(vii) Checking/ setting of all operating / funtional /handling parameters for safe and economical operation of plant throuh out the period.
