| 1 | Collection of 3.1- Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil, transporting to the authorized place |

Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, CPCB etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Slop oil, transporting to the authorized place. |
