| 1 | Part 1 Civil & Architectural Finishes WorkManufacturing, Supplying, Transportation and Installation of custom-designed Gun Metal decorative sculptures, 3D relief/murals, lettering, motifs and ornamental works of various sizes and shapes, manufactured by Italian/French Lost Wax Casting Process or other approved process, including preparation of full-size clay/POP models, patterns, moulds, approved miniature/proportionate fibre models and detailed drawings/designs by professional artists for approval. The work shall include casting, fabrication, chasing, dressing, grinding, engraving, carving, detailing, finishing and polishing, including concealed structural supports, frames, clamps, anchors and fixing accessories. Gun Metal shall be of approved quality and composition, generally comprising Copper 85–87%, Tin 3%, Lead 4–5% and Zinc 5%, or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include antique/premium finish, patination, protective coating, packing, loading, unloading, transportation, handling, scaffolding, installation, fixing, labour, tools, tackles and all incidental works, complete as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge/Authority, conforming to applicable RHB specifications. |
