| 1 | Carryout periodic maintenance of DG set capacity 63 KVA by calibration of fuel injection pump including dismantling of radiator, radiator fan, water pump assembly, air cleaner, rocker cover housing rocker, oiling and greasing to movable spare parts such as bearing etc, replacement of old defective air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe with new and manufacturer specified air filter, fuel filter and oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe tightening the screws of hose and hose pipe set, strip opening of alternator cleaning of stator and field coils, rotor assembly, and apply one coat of varnishing using ‘H’ class varnish and complete service work as required at site, re-assembling the engine/ alternator in existing position, and testing on completion installed at Pump House Pallanwala, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items. |

| 9 | (g) Major overhauling gasket set with 'O' ring set. |

| 11 | (j) Main Oil seal (Front and Rear). |
| 12 | (k) Hose pipe with clips and joint set. |

| 17 | Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable set of 4 Nos high pressure copper tubes of required size from FIP to injectors for DG set 63 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable Engine temperature gauge with new Engine temperature gauge suitable for DG set of capacity 63 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 19 | Calibration, repair, checking of fuel injector nozzle assembly of DG set capacity 63 KVA, transport to workshop including replacement of injector nozzle cap, barrel and small spares required for smooth functioning of injector nozzle, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 20 | Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged battery with new storage cell lead acid type 12 Volts, 150 AH including lead terminals and copper thimble for making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 21 | Supply only copper lead cable 2 mtrs long, multi-stranded, with copper thimble for making necessary connections at both ends, suitable for 12 Volts including copper nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 22 | De-assembling of radiator for cleaning and repair, using ‘K’ oil and radiator cleaning solution hydro-chloric acid by pressure of pump/ caustic soda with wire brush and necessary welding/ brazing of water tubes/ fins, whichever is required for cleaning and repairing, complete all as specified and as directed for 30 to 63 KVA DG Set. |
| 23 | Overhauling Fuel Injection Pump by replacing the elements, D - Valves, O- rings, nozzles, bearing and gaskets and reassembling the new parts and calibrating in MICO test bench as per manufaturer specification all as directed for 63 KVA DG Set. |
