Name of Work:- MTPS-II - MI - BM – COH 2026-27 - Cleaning of accumulated Ash inside & outside of the Secondary air duct and transporting Ash from Front elevations such that D, E, F, C & OFA to ‘0 mtr and then dumping the ash into MTPS Ash dyke and providing guard plate for flame scanner and its allied works.

1Opening & closing the manhole doors from front side elevations secondary air duct including changing of asbestos ropes and clamps in the doors in Boiler area.
2Removal of accumulated ash inside the secondary air duct through manhole door, outside above the secondary air duct & OFA Duct in elevations of 23m, 27m, 32m, 37m, 41m (Front side), various elevations of buckstay in Boiler 1st & 2nd pass (Two sides) from 11 mtr. to 73 mtr area and the ash transporting to ‘0’m from respective elevations by using pulley arrangements including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&P’s, etc.,
3Transportation of ash & dumping the ash into MTPS Ash dyke.
4Removal of Ash in Goose Neck area slope (21m x 12m) at interpass of boiler with highest level of Safety provision like life line safety belt, tools etc.
5Patch welding works in the worn out & eroded portion of inside wind box front side, Boiler structures and supports.
6Providing guard / shrouding angle over the flame scanner flexible metallic hose in both ends of the wind box front side in burner, including charges consumables & hire charges for T&Ps. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
