| 5 | Arrangement of platform and scaffolding materials and erection of the same wherever required in Economizer slope area for inspection of eroded portion, patch welding to avoid air-ingress & accumulation ash into insulation. |
| 6 | Patch welding works in the worn out portion economizer slope area to aviod air-ingress & accumulation of ash into insulation.(Reheater & Superheater side) |
| 7 | Removal of insulation double layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) for replace the defective thermocouples inside pent house and refixing after completion of rectification works & insulation if required bringing from stores. |
| 8 | Transporting the refractory from MTPS-II central store to boiler \\"0\\" mtr, leading and lifting to the required area of pent house by providing chain block, pulley and rope. |
| 9 | Removing of old refractory inside pent house area and bringing to ‘0’m, including cost of all consumables, tools and plants etc., |
