1Earth work in excavation by manual/Mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead as directed from edge of cutting. All kinds of soil.
2Providing and laying Stone Solling including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete.
3Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
4Providing and laying stone plum in cement concrete foundation (deducted 20% plum component).
5Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work in foundation works.
6Providing and applying average 12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat in cement sand mortar 1:4 to all surfaces at all levels including surface preparation, staging, scaffolding as directed.
7Carriage of material by mechanical means (15 Km Lead) for sand and bajri.
