Name of Work:- INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHT AT GRAM PANCHAYAT PREMISES 3NOS
Sl. No. Item Description
1Item No.-1.Supply of GI Pole (Hot Dip Galvanized) of 3mm thickness 100 mm dia. 6 mtr. length pole with base plate 200 mm x 200 mm x 10 mm with RCC foundation.
2Item No.-2. Supply of 100 Wp ply/ Mono crystalline module with IEC 61215, IEC 6173-1, 2 complainance with any ISI MNRE approved.
3Item No.-3. Supply of 18 W Luminaries comprise of: a) 18 W LED (Philips/ Osram/ equivalent reputed make with BIS certificate). b) Charge controller and it should have over charge protection, deep discharge protection, Battery reverse polarity protection, Load short circuit protection, Open circuit protection, Panel reverse polarity protection, over temparature protection.c) Automatic dusk to drawn controlling system to monitor LED operation.
4Item No.-4. Supply of 12.8V, 42 Ah Lithium Ferro phosphate Battery (Life PO4). The battery having BIS certificate. The Batteries should have higher life expectancy, longer cycle life, low discharge rate and fast charging facilities. Battery should provide 12 Hrs battery backup. The Battery must provided with GI out door type battery box/ in inbuilt in Luminaries.
5Item No.-5.Supply of Cables and wiresa) DC Cable 4 Sqmm-15 Mb) Control Cable - LS
6Item No.-6. Transportation, Installation & Commissioning.
7Item No.-7. Comprehensive maintenance for 5 years {Minimum one visit quarterly)
8Item No.-8. Supplying, fitting and fixing display board.
