| 1 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Digital Grounding / Bonding Device, 120 kA (8/20 µs), single-phase 3-wire system, portable/panel-mounting type with low-impedance grounding and bonding capability. The unit shall provide comprehensive surge and transient protection against lightning surges, static discharges, high-frequency electrical noise, ESD, and Earth Potential Rise (EPR), mitigating line disturbances entering via power and service conductors. The device must maintain clean bonding potential with Earth-to-Neutral voltage (V E-N) less than 1.0 V. The device shall include following features:(i) Built-in 6-digit digital lightning surge counter. (ii) Self-health diagnostic visual status indication. (iii) Online real-time digital monitoring facility for input voltages and Earth-to-Neutral potential (VE-N).(iv) Pre-wired, durable powder-coated sheet steel enclosure designed for parallel connection across the power supply circuit. The device shall be tested and certified compliant with CPRI, MIL-STD-810G, IEC 61000-6-1, IEC 61000-6-3, IEC 61643-11:2011, and manufactured under certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems, CE compliant (Make in India). Work includes all necessary mounting hardware, interconnections, testing, and commissioning complete as directed. |
| 2 | Notes:(i) The contractor shall provide an initial warranty for a minimum period of two (02) years covering the entire earthing and digital grounding installation. A formal warranty-cum-guarantee bond shall be executed and submitted by the contractor on non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only), duly notarised, prior to the release/passing of any payment in RAR or running bills. (ii) A retention amount of Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) per earthing unit per year shall be reserved/withheld from the contractor's final bill for a post-warranty Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) period of five (05) years. The withheld amount shall be released annually / at the end of the 5-year AMC period upon satisfactory completion of maintenance obligations without any defects and to the entire satisfaction of the Accepting Officer. |
