Sl. No. Item Description
1(i) Engagement of driver as when required for driving departmental water tanker vehicle including filling drinking water from nearby drinking water source of PHED and deliverying water in water scarcity areas as directed by EIC Engaged driver should be convenient with use of Mobile Phone to send photos and information to concern authority and should communicate with local PRI bodies to deliver water to the masses. Engaged driver should maintain log book mentioning start location, area of supply, end location and distance traveled which need to be verified by concern Engineers. Note:- 1. Contractor have to pay Rs. 444.00/head/day to the engaged driver. 2.Considered Contractors profit @ 10% & 5% Over Head Charges.
2(ii) Miscellaneous Expencess(Payment will be made on production of original voucher) Works including ((a) Air Filling (4 time per monfh),( b) Pcty repair of Vehicle (Monthly) & (c) Dewatering and repairing G.I. tank above 1000 litre and upto 2000 litre capacity with G.I. washer, bolts, nuts and cement concrete at bottom as necessary.(Weekly).
3(iii)Payment of Insurance premium and PUC Certificate for Vehicle for 1 year Payment will be made based on actual basis supported by premium paid voucher with 10% contractor's profit & 5% Over Head charges.
