| 1 | Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioing of 14 mtrs height flood lighting high mast tower for Apron Lighting suitable for wind speed of minimum 39 m/s as per IS 875 (Part -III), with hot dip galvanized in multiple telescopic sections, comprising of raising and lowering system, head frame, lantern carriage for fixing, holding the flood light fittings and control gear box, double drum winch, SS wire rope, trailing cable, manual handle, junction box, lighting finial, MCB, electric driven integral power tool motor, power and control cables, lightning arrestor etc. all other accessories as required with the following as per the specification given: a) Luminaires carriage suitable to hold all required LED light fittings for lux level as per ICAO specification in apron area including supply & fixing of suitable counter weights as per manufacturer's recommendations, all accessories and self balance etc.b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia etc. complete with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation.c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including double dome Aviation obstruction lights.d) Installation, testing, Wiring of LED Flood Light luminiaries as per apron lighting design and Twin dome medium intensity LED aviation obstruction light with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB, connections, mounting clamps. etc as required (wiring material from junction box to indiviual luminaire and MCB in base compartment, accessories etc. as required as per the technical specifications) e) Heavy gauge hot dip galvanized lightning arrestor and its necessary connections at the top.Foundation: (a) Construction of foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth including all materials and labour, The foundation design should withstand wind pressure 39 m/s as per IS 875 along with desired fitting and foundation design vetted by Govt. Engineering college etc. complete as required. (b) Supply and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (The material should be supplied and certified by OEM)Earthing: Provision of 02 Nos GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast and control panel earth terminals with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour complete as required.Control Panel: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of out door type double door LT Panel, cubicle type, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet , totally enclosed. IP 65, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, weather proof, outdoor, compartmentalized, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz AC system with aluminium busbars including internal wiring with suitable size wires/cable interconnection, bottom, cable entry provision, duly powder coated painting etc., including with DMC/SMC bus bar supports, common GI earth of size 25mm X 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud including supply land installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the LT Panel and as per specifications.32A four pole MCB incomer with ON OFF indiaction, Voltmeter and ammeter with 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries through auto/remote/local mode operation by selector switch. For auto mode operation one no manual/digital timer switch for the automatic switching of luminaries, for local mode operation through ON OFF push button, also provide power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, including laying, supplying nd making end termination in panel an Highmast terminal Box of cable size upto 25 & 16 sq.mm as per requirement and provide necessary connectors along with by pass arrangement for contactor etc. as required as per specification given and as per site condition. |
