The top of pipe shall not be less than 1.0 m below ground level at any point wrapping and coating to be done by applying protective primer @100gm/sqm, there after wrapping with 2 layer of coating materials of 2 mm thick by the rmo fusion process. | 6 | Supply, erection and testing of heavy grade (class-C) pipes conforming to IS-1239/IS-3589 including all fittings viz, tees, elbows , reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, GI nuts bolts, washer and structural steels for pipe supports . Hanger support with anchor fasteners and clamps shall be supplied to fix the pipes on ceiling wall etc. including supporting /fixing the pipe on floor/wall/ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fastners) as per specification. Cutting of floors, walls etc and making it good after erection of pipes shall be vendor's scope.
